Book Launch: Halifax Art & Artists An Illustrated History by Ray Cronin

Halifax Art & Artists presents the stories of the city’s creators from craftspeople and portrait painters to filmmakers and multidisciplinary makers from time immemorial to the present.

The event will feature a panel discussion including the book’s author Ray Cronin; artist Alan Syliboy; Ann Kitz, daughter of Alex Colville, and Sarah Moore Fillmore, CEO, Art Gallery of Nova Scotia.

This event is organized by the Art Canada Institute, in partnership with the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia and Halifax Public Libraries.

While registration seats are now sold out, there will be walk-in seats available on a first come, first served basis.
